I bought a heater and A/c security protection plan and they forwarded me for two hours on the phone saying that different services have to deal with it. They told me that my unit was not interchangeable. I was told that it covered all the appliances in my house and that certain appliances were specifically requested, and the representative said yes. When I needed service, they sent someone out and said it couldn`t be repaired and charged me a fee to come check it out. When they called Sears to replace it, they said no, because it is a second fridge. At the time, we didn`t have another refrigerator because we wanted to buy another one.
